At Folkstore we are pleased to offer regular domestic shipping with Australia Post to deliver  your purchases.

A tracking number will be provided to track your orders once they are sent.

Regular parcel post 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Express parcel post 1-3 business days depending on your location within Australia.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more accurate delivery times. Go to the Auspost Delivery Estimate and use 3136 as the senders postcode.

Please allow extra delivery time for NT, WA, rural areas or during peak times of the year such as Christmas.

We aim to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible and usually ship within 1-3 business days. Weekend or public holiday purchases will be promptly posted out on the following business day.

Orders will be safe dropped if there is a safe place to leave the goods.

We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage related to late deliveries.

*If your parcel is lost or misplaced, we will replace the order pending an investigation by Australia Post, launched by us on your behalf. If the parcel has been stolen we cannot be held accountable.

*We cannot be held accountable for an incorrect address entered on your order.

We ship worldwide using Australia Post for our international parcels.

This service offers limited tracking, and is a flat rate of $30.

New Zealand shipping flat rate is $20 per parcel.

Delivery times for international parcels can vary depending upon the destination, from 6-8 days for nearby countries such as New Zealand and 16-30 days for countries further away.

We will provide a tracking number after the item has been posted.

* Heavy international freight parcels over 500 gm containing fragile products such as ceramics or glass may incur additional freight fees, due to the extra packaging and care required to safely post. In this situation, we will be in contact with you.

* Taxes and duties, Please note international orders may incur tax and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered. We suggest contacting your local customs department to confirm before purchases as any duty and tax incurred in the country of the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

All goods are packaged with appropriate eco friendly protective packaging in home compostable mailers.

We use recycled packaging materials and boxes where possible.
