SHIPPING TIMES // Australia

Melbourne deliveries typically arrive within 2 days and deliveries to nearby capital cities within 4 days. Please allow extra delivery time for NT, WA, rural areas or during peak times of the year, such as Christmas. A tracking number will be provided, so you can eagerly follow your parcel's journey. 

SHIPPING TIMES // International 

The delivery time for international parcels can vary depending on the destination; from 6-8 days for nearby countries and up to 16 days for countries further away. We'll provide you with a tracking number and an estimated delivery timeframe when your order is confirmed. 

RETURNS // Change Of Mind

We hope you love your new purchase and we want to keep our customers happy, so if for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your items for store credit or a full refund (customer pays return postage) within 10 days. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached.

RETURNS // Wrong Size or Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, simply return the item for store credit or a refund within 10 days, then purchase the correct size. We are happy to offer you free shipping for the replacement size, as we understand choosing the right size online can be tricky. 
* This does not apply to goods less than the value of $100.00.

RETURNS // Faulty Items

A full refund will be issued for faulty items returned within 10 days. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if an item is deemed faulty.

If you realise you have made an error after you have made your online order and you need to update your delivery address, please email info@folkstore.com.au with the correction. We hope to help you in time, but can't guarantee that your order hasn't already been sent.
